Chelsea was foaled April 2003. She came to us September 2004 as an untouched yearling. She had gone through a rough time when a friend of ours purchased her and 3 other yearlings, nursed them back to health, halter broke them and found them homes. It has been a wonderful experience watching her grow and teaching how to be a useful horse. I did all her ground work, and backed her twice. My oldest son, Bobby then backed her twice while I worked her from the ground. This February K took over and climbed aboard. Though only greenbroke Chelsea amazes with her almost spookproof attitude and eager to please, trusting personality. K hopes to be able to use Chelsea in western pleasure and gymkhanna in the future. I plan to use her for drill team as she has the smoothest trot on the farm.
